Elemental Battle: Eclipse

It's super early, but it has THE game feel I was looking for in an arena fighter! Strings that can be dodge canceled, special cancels, cool special moves, broken installs, homing dashes, dodges and perfect dodges - it feels like what a RWBY arena fighter could have been for all the right reasons! Currently it's in a very early state with a lot of bugs but if this is developed further? I'm gonna dip in and advise it to all of my friends. While playing it, I had the same game feel as Saint Seiya Soldier Soul, and I think it's awesome since it was my favorite arena fighter until Steam delisted it. So, I can't recommend checking it out enough, especially because it's free for the moment!

Synopsis: For free 99 this game is worth a try. This game has very solid bones and strong potential. My longshot asks are voice acting and rollback netcode but if you get a solid story, single player content and mitigate the bugs and polish stuff, you'll have a very impressive piece of kit. Also try to get more opinions on the art style, I think it's okay but it also has the potential to maybe get more polish behind it. Also I'm not the best person to give feedback on anime arena fighters since I'm more into traditional fighters but I like what you've got here. Elemental Battle: Eclipse is a colourful 3D arena fighting game that feels like it is trying to capture that fast anime fighting style without making the controls too difficult to understand. I am fighting in small arenas using characters with different elemental powers, and the main focus is on combos, movement and using each fighter's abilities properly. The game is still in Early Access, so I have to judge it as a work in progress rather than a finished fighting game. At the moment it has 11 playable characters, several arenas and local multiplayer, with more planned for the future. The combat is the part I find most promising. I can chain attacks together, launch opponents into the air, use dodge cancels and finish combos with stronger elemental attacks. Each character is supposed to have their own style, so learning what each fighter can do gives me something to experiment with instead of every character feeling like a different skin. The elemental abilities are also a good fit for the arena format. Fire, ice and lightning attacks can change how I approach a fight, and the flashy effects make successful combos feel much more satisfying. I also like how much the game manages …

I love the game truly for what it already is the movement options the combo routes and the dodge canceling There’s so much stuff I can do just off this build. I just almost hit a combo using aeria where I launched an opponent into the air using X, X, Y launcher then used X, Y in the air, sent the opponent flying diagonally upwards in like an arch and then ran along the wall to chase after them but I got too excited at the realization of me actually pulling it off almost and I dropped the combo there but man that ♥♥♥♥ was peak. I also really love arena mode it feels like shinobi striker or ninja storm but 4 players locally I haven’t gotten the chance to show my cousins this game but I know they’d love it and I could have a whole party of people playing this having a great time like the old days and the depth will allow us to really take our fighting to the next level I know you got plans for the future but you should keep a lot of what’s here now and add team arena mode along side the free for all because the potential for team combos are insane too I was able to tag team a couple of opponents during my game time locking on to someone that’s being attacked waiting for them to get …

I got this for free because it has early access. Its really good. Lightning and nature have the highest combo ceiling in the game. it plays good but the camera needs fixing.
