Elevator: Avici is a horror game about trying to escape an elevator that a creature is using as a trap for its victims. Liked: Gross monster design Great low-poly PS1 / PS2 aesthetic Multiple endings, multiple deaths Can be beaten in 1 sitting DIsliked: Not many settings, and some parts of the game can be really dark Kinda short Overall I really enjoyed this game. Having there be different deaths you go through to figure out a path to escaping the elevator was a great idea, and I love multiple endings and secret hunting. Rather than aiming for realism, it leans into its stylized presentation to make the unknown feel even more disturbing, allowing the imagination to amplify every strange sound and unexplained event.
