About Endless Forest Dream

🐙Storyline🐙
A squad of heavily armored vehicles creeps along the narrow path of the tentacle forest. They approach an open space surrounded by an insurmountable wall of grotesque tentacles. Countless creatures wave their limbs around excitedly. They're oozing mucus, eagerly awaiting the next "performance."

"Escorted by dozens of heavily armed soldiers, one little lady dressed in a flimsy outfit steps out from the car with tears glistening in her eyes. Once she's out of the car, the squad drives away, leaving nothing but dust behind it.

The little lady catches one last glimpse of her old friend as the convoy drives away. Her friend's gaze is full of pity and sadness... but... just before the convoy leaves and the tentacles block the path, her friend pulls out an m1911 semi-automatic and throws it to the little lady...

That's right! This is the arena that the tentacles built, made for battle between beautiful women and tentacle creepizoids."
The tentacle beings appeared suddenly on Earth, wreaking death and destruction in their wake. Desperate for peace, humanity agreed to make regular sacrificial offerings to the tentacles. One of those important sacrifices is a beautiful lady. She battles the tentacles in the arena and once she's defeated, they turn her into a spawning bed. This is all that stands between humanity and extinction.

Our little lady will also face a mysterious enemy in the arena. Use your amazing skills to defeat her, complete all the levels and escape!

CONS : - you can't change your control input (dash is on the right-click, while "secondary weapon skill" is on the spacebar.. which is, why?), also reload is on R (kind of an issue when your movement is WASD and is trying to dodge) - THERE IS NO GALLERY, yes there is Free Play where you can "test" scenes when getting caught/knocked but that's about it, you can't exactly replay the "Visual Novel" scene game-over sequence, you have to play and get a game over manually if you wanna see it. - YOU CANNOT SKIP OVER THE H-SCENES, yes, if you just started the game and wants to grind, if you get a game over VN sequence, YOU CANNOT SKIP IT, as there is no [Skip] feature, you can only fast-forward it at best. - even the "Visual Novel" part of the game needs updates like the usual [Log text] thing, [Auto] etc - there is no Steam Achievments or In-game Achievments or Trophy or anything for really anything you do in the game (yet, I assume) - sound/volume setting is "bugged", even if you set it low to 20, when the BGM loop ends it will restart at default higher volume again for a bit before lowering itself again - reload is very often bugged, legit feels like your gun is jammed and you ha…

7/10 Its a good game with some flaws. Bullet hell, tentacle H game with solid but low variety gameplay and art. Almost an 8/10 with more content. Pros: Simple and good gameplay and balance, with a great challenge boss for level 2. Very solid sprite and CG art. Decent writing for this type of game. Cheap price. Voice acting. Cons: Not enough content (not upset with how short it is but with how there are only 12 mobs and many are reused. A few annoying bugs. CGs awarded on loss. Gallery is annoying to navigate for the sprites.

* Gameplay is mostly a 2d point and shoot style but, the aim for it feels a bit jittery with the sway * There's no opening main menu when opening to the game to start a run, change options, or other things like scenes really so you also get mostly tossed into the game right away 2 * The cards for next "shop area" instance instead of being an in menu guide think should be on specified card when go to select then * there's upgrades that take a bit to get from re-runs such as gun parts for your pistol + different abilities * Upgrade cards are varied and can make runs near impossible depending on the RNG * there's no real win scenes besides may a very end one , so to get most scenes will have to shop for or lose on set stage * volume dose have sliders though could be a bit more descriptive + need an option to set value to said % * Certain volumes are somewhat tied and think there should be some more options there.. * There's no dialog speed Options really for word reading just a small fast forward and a super fast forward other than a skip * Adding Upgrade tiers for higher % increases could be good for the game so that its not as heavy on the RNG for runs if get the higher tier one…

4/5 stars. Bullet hell w/ decent mechanics and CG art. CG is uncensored so that's always a plus. Soundtrack is pretty good too.
