Eronoctosis: Put Yourself Together

[h1] Who are you? [/h1] Eronoctosis gave my friend and me a good headscratching on the base game; it was hard to understand what "Put Yourself Together" meant. The game became clearer, or so I assume, once we started the Devote Yourself DLC. [h2] wrath and lust [/h2] From what I understand, the themes of the game rely heavily on these two ideas: the color palettes between red and blue and green and pink, both representing the minds of the boys struggling with these monsters of pain and pleasure, nightmares of blood, spikes, and the pain of the blue world of calm, and the breasts, sperm, and temptation of the green world of disgust . As the boys face their nightmares, they slowly rebuild themselves, returning to being themselves again and not being consumed by whatever festered these nightmares. [h3] the game[/h3] After 7 hours, we finished everything ; the game is solid! However, the cryptic end text on each level felt short, slow, and repetitiv. While these messages were meant to provide closure, they left us with more doubts and questions. awesom game with very cool and unique gimmick. gameplay can get stagnant quick though. could use more maps/levels

Super unique game both visually & mechanically that creates a lasting impression. The artistic style is awesome, and the gameplay loop is fun, generally quick sessions that are somewhat hard to master but suuuuper easy to get into & get addicted to. I played this game over a year or two ago now but regularly find myself thinking about it & wanting to revisit it (just need to get my buddy to play with me again & he's addicted to Yakuza lol). It's just one of those games.
