ESC/APE is a very short first person action game where I play as Abe, a genetically enhanced ape trying to escape from a laboratory. The whole thing is built around physics based movement and combat, so I am sliding under obstacles, ground pounding enemies and throwing objects around while making my way through the testing facility. It is a simple idea, but I like how quickly the game gets me into the action without wasting time on a long introduction. The movement is easily the best part for me. Abe feels powerful, and being able to use movement as part of the combat gives the game a nice physical feeling. I can slide through hazards, smash enemies with a ground pound and throw objects or enemies into walls. I like that I am not just walking around with a gun and shooting everything. The attacks feel more connected to the character, and the physics can make some encounters more satisfying when I manage to use the environment properly. The levels are also designed around this idea rather than just being basic corridors. I have to get through different trials while dealing with hazards and enemies, and the game encourages me to make use of Abe's momentum and strength. The controls…

I recommend this but Im stuck on thee wall jump level cause I want to get the item in that one room
