Fun little I-Spy game, goes super cheap on sale. I discovered this game years ago through the HP Games launcher that came pre-installed with my PC at the time, happy to see it's still around.
Pretty standard hidden objects game. Find the things on the stages, do a gameplay puzzle, rinse and repeat until the final puzzle. Only real downside is that one of the musical tracks uses a fly buzzing as part of it and it's super annoying.
good
Considering that it debuted in 2009, Escape Rosecliff Island has aged remarkably well. The story sees you stranded on an island absolutely littered with hidden objects and you don't get to leave until you find a good portion of them. The story then gets out of your way and lets you get down to business. The 25 different scenes are delightfully drawn and the objects, for the most part, are easily identifiable. The challenge lies in finding only 10 of the many objects depicted. After completing a number of scenes, you play a mini game to advance the story. There are collectable padlocks in every scene (find them all and unlock a Match 3 Challenge), and should you find everything you're asked to find, you get to leave the island (and unlock the Ultimate Seek and Find Challenge). If you are feeling competitive you can try to beat the best time and the high score. I played in Relaxed Mode (no timer) and paid little attention to the points. And yes, the hints are very helpful. I picked up this gem on sale - great value for money spent. Highly recommended.
A traditional hidden object game, very relaxing, and fairly satisfying!
Played it using Proton Experimental. Initially I play it to unlock the unlimited search and find mode. Great fun when playing with other people around the computer, especially for kids. A good number of monochromatic levels (reds, browns, greys, dark greens) which can make it hard to find objects. You can see it in the screenshots.
