About Everything is Mayo
A short but exciting adventure RPG about fighting back the evil forces of mayo and saving the world. I created this game as a fun project for myself, shouldn't take more than 20 minutes to beat.

Had to cover the insides of my PC with mayo to run the game, but it was worth it2 found this helpful
I am writing this review in tears. This is perhaps the greatest piece of art that could let all of its viewers project some piece of themselves on. Pros: The main character was a true gigachad. The moment he said he hated mayo, I knew I would simp for this man for the rest of my life. Who would dare say such blasphemy of a statement and still be able to exist?! Insane. The MC has officially become my goal and idol in real life. The diverse and various side characters gave me the feeling of friendship that I have never had and will not ever have in real life. It contributed so much in making this game feel like an actual home to me, a harbor to my soul. The music of this game was outlandishly sensual. It somehow managed to turn up my senses to 11 and provided the most arousing and yet disciplined sound. My ears were practically filled with mayo during the playthrough. Amazing. The combat was what Cyberpunk tried to achieve but could only dream of. The ultimate form of true immersion. One second I was throwing hot sauce at the bodacious mayo jar, the next second it was somehow asexually reproducing more of itself, alluring me to toss in more hot sauce to create the golden balance of…2 found this helpful
Unfortunately my laptop didn't have the RAM required to play this game in it's full glory, but I still had a bunch of fun in this quick platformer/turn-based rpg. The soundtrack somehow sounds like mayo, and the game rewards the player for exploring.1 found this helpful
Cute game! It has some rpg aspects mixed with jump and run parts. you'll need 20-30 Minutes for a playthrough, depending on your playstyle. Gameplay Video: https://youtu.be/oRBs9bHpw5g1 found this helpful
I've finally beaten this game and gotten most of the achievements, so time to review. Review takes into account that the game is $1. Don't expect it to be a $20 RPG. Things that caught me off guard: no real saving, and if you lose at any point, you must restart at the beginning with no progress. Spoiler alert: as far as I can tell, you'll lose to the final boss if you don't either level up or collect all the sparkling water. So at that point, you'd restart the game from scratch. Combat gets a little repetitive if you heal, enemy heals, you hurt enemy, enemy hurts you, you heal, enemy heals..... Now that that's out of the way, for a small game by a new developer, I think this game is great. The art is great and fits the theme well. I listened on mute (new baby at home), so no comment on sound effects. I was surprised how well the game worked with the Steam controller. (Note that the game has no controller support.) The game is funny. Dialogue is worth reading. It's no AAA game, but the developer did everything you would want out of an indie $1 RPG. The Steam achievements add a bit of playability even after beating the game. I recommend the game.
Seems fun enough, however there is no pause button so you'd have to complete it in one sitting. Wish I knew that before I started playing
