Ridiculously fun rally sim that's genuinely unique. A lot of love clearly went into the game with small details almost everywhere you look, and a lot of fun little mechanics adding to an already great game, like the Helldivers 2-styled commands for system checks and performing mid-stage repairs/tyre changes. The amount of official singleplayer content in the game is good for probably 10-15 hours depending on how good you are/how difficult you make the settings. There's 4 different vehicle classes you unlock as you progress through the "Series" mode, with rallies being held across 5 different planets. The earlier rallies have only a few stages per planet, while the later rallies have around 10 stages per planet. Each stage in the official series mode is handcrafted and unique to that particular rally, as best as I can tell. There's a time trial mode as well to set your fastest time on either official stages from the Series mode, or your own custom stages that you can build with the Stage Editor. For multiplayer, there is daily stages that are ranked with an online leaderboard and custom online rallies, created by other players. My only gripe with the stage editor is …

This game deserves more exposion. Best to describe it as a Dakar space rally. The setting is a bit sci-fi space but don't let that fool you, there is a pretty harcore rally game beneath the hood. From how it uses traction and weight transfer, to how it handles the terrain and the car physics is deeply satisfying. Campain events uses rally like stages to repair, tinker and switch tyres with time credits that you can spend on said adjustments. The tracks itself uses light markers as checkpoints. You can go in casual and just use the checkpoint markers or you can go deeper and pre plan the whole track with a drone, lay down your perfect racing line to follow and avoid dangerous terrain, which is pretty awsome. It's been a long time since i had such a blast with a racing game. Shoutout to the devs for making a awsome niche game with so much attention to detail

There is no feeling quite like using RCS thrusters to get your tires to dig into the dirt to get your traction back. There is no game that is quite like this. I adore the concept and I love the way it feels to control the vehicles.

Unbelievably difficult, unbelievably satisfying. The driving experience this game offers is unlike anything I've ever played. The physics aim for absolute realism, so this may put off more casual players, but when the game finally "clicks", and you understand how to intertwine the driving controls with the RCS controls, it honestly feels like heaven. Or meth. The constant risk/reward balance of pushing the rover to its absolute limit while bracing for slightest, rally-ending mistake will put your brain into overdrive. It's extremely addicting, and I can't recommend it enough. A few QOL and optimization issues have been ironed out by the devs, who patch the game regularily (having a direct line of comms to the dev team through their discord is greatly appreciated). Game runs great

Get rad in space: Rally meets 6 DOF -or- Elite: Dangerous SRV racing matures into a professional sport This game starts off with a modest challenge to ease you into its low-gravity mechanics, but that challenge quickly ramps-up as you progress to reveal an expansive skill ceiling. When you break into first place, the race becomes against yourself: you know you could clear that jump a little smoother, round that bend a little faster, navigate that boulder a little more gracefully and improve your lead. If you like off-road racing, this is about as far from the road as you can get and still be on land... most of the time. You'll be off the ground a fair bit of the time, and air control via thrusters is a core mechanic of this game, and that aspect is every bit as detailed as the driving. I can't speak to how true-to-life the physics are, but they are complex and unforgiving - this is not an arcade romp, but a harsh and demanding simulation of driving fast, fragile vehicles in untamed, dangerous environments. If that sound like your kind of excitement, give Exo Rally a shot. For anyone wondering, this game is on the more well-optimized side of UE5 product…
