Extra Lives is an open-world zombie survival sandbox developed and published by MDickie that combines survival systems, exploration, faction conflict, crafting mechanics, and emergent gameplay into a chaotic post-apocalyptic experience where unpredictability becomes one of its greatest strengths. Rather than building progression around scripted missions or heavily controlled storytelling, the game embraces player freedom and dynamic world simulation, allowing situations to develop naturally based on interactions between survivors, infected enemies, and the player's own decisions. Set in a city devastated by a zombie outbreak, Extra Lives places players in a dangerous environment where survival extends far beyond avoiding the infected.
