"Fart Game" is a garbage tier joke game slapped together with GameMaker Studio... it's a simple minigame where you time things right to release flatus. Yeah, stupid idea, implemented badly (although a quality implementation wouldn't save this terrible joke premise). This features really godawful pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks much worse than most other games because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded [i]despite[/i] the bad graphics, not because of them. This was made with the godawful "GameMaker Studio" construction kit/toolset, which is popular amongst amateur developers because it handholds you through making really crap 2D games that you can publish for $100 on Steam Direct. This lets you pat yourself on the back for pretending to be a real game developer, which explains why GameMaker Studio is responsible for so much ignored garbage on Steam. This game is way more fun than it has any right to be. There are only two keys needed to play: Space to hold your fart, and Shift to fart quietly. Let it rip while there is a distraction outside, hold it while things are quiet, and let out a quiet squeaker in an emergency. As silly as it is, it's certainly a fun little time killer, and it's free!

Its like that flash game you played almost 20 years ago. Bet that makes you feel old.
