Basically never buy this game if you can't accept failure or setback. The game hijacks you a lot and basically forces you to have a bad reputation. You definitely can't navigate the game on your own. You literally have to learn which event does what and feeding your character is the core mechanic of the game. But you will be in debt, whether you want it or not. If you want a choose your own adventure game, don't buy this game. You have no chance to fight the game. If you want a game that simulates being your loanshark without actual money risk, this is your game. Also some events don't trigger correctly and the ui is crap. You have no real insight into exactly what your character is experiencing from the menu, where you manage your items. Maybe there is an item in your room that helps with seeing every stat, but your common ui definitely doesn't show your every skill, or how much you need to lvl them. Nor is there real explanation what happens with the level ups, you kinda experience them. But the stronger you are, the more insane the demands of your character (I'm talking about stats not the explicit material).1 found this helpful

easily my all time fave h game
I really don't like this game, I enjoyed the third person view of the old game and the world felt alive. I ended up dizzy sometimes from the camera shaking but it was much more enjoyable to me then top down view. there is lot of potental but without the 3d graphics, I just cannot love it.
