MASTER THE BOW
This atmospheric Viking VR adventure places you in the role of a Viking warrior.
When your peaceful village is attacked by a band of ruthless invaders, you and your fellow warriors embark on a journey of vengeance through the magnificent Nordic landscapes of the Viking Age.
With a bow and arrow as your primary weapon, you defend yourself and your comrades against hordes of attacking enemies as you venture deeper into enemy territory, over mountains and rivers.
Co-op Multiplayer:
As the ancient gates of the underworld open, together you and your friends must stop the evil hordes of undead and supernatural lifeforms from invading your realm.

- Instantly Gratifying VR action: Using only two buttons - the game is extremely easy to play. FERD's intuitive game design was inspired by the popular rail shooters of the 1990s but evolved and developed into VR format with realistic graphics.
- Immersive Experience: Because the magnificent environments are based on elevation data from real Norwegian mountains, you get to experience fantastic nature as the Vikings did.
- No teleporting: The game itself moves the player subtly through the environment, either you are standing on board a Viking ship or moving vehicles.
- FERD is designed in a way that completely avoids VR-nausea.

Blown away by the stunning visuals. And nice touch on the control system, easier than most. A must-play for any VR enthusiast imo. Must say I can't wait to see where this goes in Early access. More levels and content please. And maybe a menu option to turn the sights off.2 found this helpful
VR archery with exellent graphics. One of the most beautiful VR games i´ve seen. The story mode is enjoyable and gets very intense. maybe there should be more levels but it´s promising for early access anyway.1 found this helpful
Could not launch. Didn't work.
The graphics here do look good if it were an open world RPG or something but the gameplay here is pretty basic. It's an archery wave shooter with above average graphics. No upgrades no points or scoring system. The one thing that stands out is the draw distance which allows you to shoot guys from super far away which can be pretty satisfying if a bit unrealistic.
I got this game a while ago and at that time the performance was pretty bad. With the recent update, the performance has gotten so much better! This is a fun game, and with beautiful environments. Shooting arrows from a ship while vikings are firing at you from ashore is very fun. Can't wait to see where the developers go from here.
