[後半に日本語レビューあり] [h1]Side-Scrolling Strip-Fighting Girl H-Action[/h1] A side-scrolling action game set in a world where a devastating virus has caused a severe population decline, in which a female martial artist battles hordes of creatures mutated by the side effects of a failed vaccine experiment. The highlight is a 3-stage clothing damage system that transitions from fully dressed, to underwear, to fully stripped. Each enemy type features distinct H-animations triggered by defeat or grapple, with variations for each clothing state, resulting in considerable volume of content. Mission failure also plays CG animations corresponding to your clothing state, and all collected scenes can be rewatched in Gallery Mode. The overall richness in practical value is commendable. The combat is built on a martial arts foundation, mixing standard attacks, skill attacks, dashes, and special moves. A hack-and-slash-like loop of collecting and upgrading equipment from item boxes dropped by defeated enemies is also woven in. RPG-style progression elements such as stat allocation and a skill tree are available, with building up the MEN (Mental) stat to enable skill-spam-centric playstyles considered…

It's a tough game to review. I'd recommend it, but definitely not at full price. The game is fun when you've learned the way certain moves string together and you can effectively drag large groups of enemies across the stage even at higher difficulties, and the H-scenes are pretty good as one would expect of Umai Neko. The biggest problem this game has though, even ignoring the incredibly high hp amounts of enemies on those higher difficulties, and the nuisance of unlocking scenes with all 3 states of undress (easy enough when you know there's a key that immediately drops you to 0 hp), is that in some cases, aerial moves (I've noticed the standing X spin kick and Aerial X drill kick) can cause you to clip through the floor and you lose all progress. I don't know what causes it, I spent 2 hours playing the game without it happening today, and then it started happening frequently, even after restarting the game. It was a problem in the demo, and in earlier versions too. I don't know what causes it, but it's a massive bummer when you're getting to the final stage of a level on Hell mode, and you clip through the floor and have to start over. It's the only particular bug that still …

Basically everything I wanted from a game like this. If you like beating up monsters, getting beaten by monsters, and getting "beaten" by monsters, give it a try. It includes in-game animations and game over animations for about 2/3 of all the monsters. Why it isn't all of them is a mystery to me, but I'm happy to take what I can get. As much as I loved it, there isn't enough content to justify paying full price. Wait for it to go on sale, then have fun.
