Fixer Undercover

Game has a good premise and is pretty fun, but it fall flat in the end. But I cant give it a thumbs up due to a few things. Just went to play on another device and come to find out, game is not utilizing the cloud saves (Edit: looks like there are sperate save files for flat and vr. Started in flat version due to Oculus PC App being garbage and wanted to play the rest in VR and there where no files, that's when I went into the save files and found the separate folders.). Not starting over, that's for sure. The puzzles are not all that hard and have been flying through the game. I have had to use the hints a few times with some of them due to some of the clues not being apparent and even some of the clues don't have any clues as what to actually do. I have had to use YouTube for a couple things due to the hint system, usually due to me figuring out what I need to do up to where the hint system stops, which I had figured everything out my self up until the end of clues. There are some puzzles that literally have 0 clues that I have seen. But, I had been able to figure it out on my own for the most part. game is very fun but very broken lots of level ending bugs and achievements are completely broken

This was such a fun escape room style game. I played it in VR and feel like that mode brought a lot to the game. It was challenging enough that I did need the hint system a few times and the hints gave me just enough to get me back on track without spoiling the whole puzzle. If you like puzzle games, this was was pretty entertaining. It felt like a pretty decent game length also. I definitely got my moneys worth.

Amazing game, just a few issues that I am sure might come with an update later. I will list them here so you can get an idea of what it is and if the devs read the review they can also comment. There is no pause during the opening scene after putting the glasses on. To pause I had to tab out of the game. Key bindings are hard locked with no customisation, I like my crouch key on L CTRL rather than C so this is very annoying. The achievements stopped unlocking or didn't unlock after leaving the dining area.
