Flip the Table

"Flip the Table" is barely a game, it's a simple VR tech demo. Put low poly cel shaded assets on a table and wait for the sloppy game physics to bug out and knock the table over. The most amusing part about this game is they actually thought people would pay them money for it. It's important to find the humourous side of things. This features fairly low quality low poly 3D visuals which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and while some developers struggle with creating high quality visuals, failing to do so is a disservice to gamers. It's very difficult to recommend bad looking games. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. It's free... now, but it wasn't before. The developer was charging $2 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It's a nice gesture for the game to be given away for free, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to t…

Простой геймплей сочетается с динамичными баталиями и забавными эффектами. Графика яркая, а механика интуитивная, но требует точности. Подходит для быстрой игры в одиночку или с друзьями. Минус — ограниченный выбор уровней. В целом, весело и заставляет задуматься о физике. Рекомендую!
