"FOREMAN FRENZY!" is one of literally thousands of retro 2D platformers infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere... and I'm not kidding. Searching for "platformers" on the Steam store page yields over 17,000 results! Is this one of the best of those? Absolutely not. This is by and large an unabashed ripoff of old arcade games, essentially Donkey Kong meets Mario Bros (not Super Mario Bros, just Mario Bros, a much simpler platform arena action arcade game). It does look authentic, and that's a problem because we can already play those old arcade games in emulators, so why do we need a new obsolete game?? Oh yeah, we don't. Needless to say, in light of that, this was a huge failure here on Steam Direct. Platforming is an old, mostly dead genre, and this lacklustre experience, while it doesn't have an upfront cost, isn't saving the genre... it's no surprise this failed to capture any attention from gamers in the era of immersive 3D gaming. This features really godawful pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford …

I like the art. I really appreciate the little mini art book thats basically included, but sad to get to the bottom of it just to see that chatgpt was used to help coding of the game. Not too happy about that, but I dont want the devs to feel too bad about it hope it wont be used in the future games. I didnt really get too far in it before I gave up the difficulty is punishing with 3 live system, still jumping, one hit and off screen deaths. Id still recommend for people to try it since it is for free and for those who can actually beat it hope they will like it

good game but some changes like going down , ar ladder climbing fixing could make it bettery soft.

The game's very fun but the only issue is the ladders, you can climb on thin air by just being near one and if you keep doing it you can easily get stuck under a platform then waste 40-60 seconds waiting to die so u can restart - Add a restart button and Fix the hitboxes on the mutant foods - Make the camera move a bit quicker whenever a player jumps on a spring Overall, the game's fun but I'd only recommend the game to someone who has played similar games like this, It's annoying for starters especially stage 2, it'd take u some time to get used to the game but even then in some parts it's way to cramped so either u go up a ladder and get stuck or just get hit by a mutant food.
