Despite its popularity being one of the earlier cute and funny game translated and made available on Steam, Fortune Summoners to this day remains a severely underrated classic and in my opinion is still one of the finest ARPGs of all time. A large component to this claim is due to how the game handles skill progression and difficulty. The monsters in this game at the beginning are all larger than our adorably diminutive trio and against a new player, will often easily dodge and weave and overwhelm them, especially on higher difficulties. Our protagonist, Arche, after all, has no magical abilities in the beginning and is only barely skilled with a sword, capable of chaining awkward two or three hit combos at a time. This is made up by the fact that she's both more durable and can dish out attacks way faster than either of her friends, What Arche lacks in firepower her friends make up for in spades. Sana can cast large AoE abilities that affect the battlefield while also providing necessary heals at critical moments. Stella meanwhile casts primarily aggressive flame spells that can control the battlefield or otherwise lay waste to groups of enemies at a time, but both are limited by …

Fortune Summoners is finally free from Carpe Fulgur's coffin! This is Lizsoft's updated version with both Japanese and English versions, some extra game content/modes and improvements.
