After a fierce battle in Sebekville, the protagonists are transported to another world by a runaway deva system,
During the transfer to another world, they come into contact with an alternate dimension and fall into "another space.
This is a world ruled by demons. Can the protagonists safely return to their original world? ......
While inheriting the "demon negotiation" and "merging (persona)" systems that were popular in the original version,
The scenario has been newly created and a new system unique to the cell phone application version has been implemented.
If your party is wiped out, you lose all your money and items, making for a thrilling experience.

There is an easy-to-install English translation for this game available here: https://github.com/MKCAMK/G-MODE-Archives-translations My review will be based on this, as it is how I played it. I think this game is really neat. For a port of an ancient i-mode game, this is extremely well-done. There are some vestigial features that don't have relevance which were kept in, but they warn you of it upfront, and I appreciate that. It controls quite quickly in the dungeon-crawling and feels rewarding. You go up the tower, get stronger, and recruit some little horrors on the way. Nothing any SMT fan isn't new to, but neat for the historical aspect. Just nice to see the roots of this side-series get some love, if anything at all. My one issue is that when dying, you are punished extremely heavily, with only the Warehouse to mitigate it. You'll lose all your equipment, money, and items, and get kicked back to the start, Mystery Dungeon-style, and there doesn't seem to be any warning the first time around. It is very, very, very punishing compared to the original Persona, especially considering you can lose weapons that you spent time refining! Great dungeon crawler with persona 1’s battle system. Don’t expect a big story. Also it is a 2000’s Japanese phone game so it’s not modern smt polish. Summary: amazing game to play for what it is its less than $10. English patch is easy to install as well.1 found this helpful
It's good, has many features from P1 but overall is extremely barebones for dialogue. Disappointed in that aspect. Gameplay is actually pretty decent. There are parts to actively force you to die so you can make the perfect personas to counter them without any idea of what's to come beforehand to increase the run time. The Dungeon don't really change too much. If you want to buy this, wait until it's 5 USD. I mostly only bought this to support Gmode archiving these games and so the Persona 2 games get archived.
