+Intense Wave Shooter +Interesting Idea with classes -"RPG" Levels do almost nothing and feel like an incomplete mechanic -Repetitive -somewhat boring -pricey 2/5 Although a somewhat fun experience it's killed by the mechanics that add nothing to the game, and an overall boring wave shooter feel. I can't recommend the game at this price. Maybe if the "Levels" you gain actually effected the character, but from what I saw, they did absolutely nothing and were just a mechanic the developer never finished. So, I got this game basically for free. It was on sale for $2. At that price, I don't see a problem with this game. However, the game normally sells for $10, which is the perspective I'll be writing this review from. The enemies just become big bullet sponges, and there are a lot of them. Not to the point of being unplayable, but to the point where you're just standing there, aiming at this big guy's head and pulling the trigger as fast as you can and holding your hand over your head because that breaks the reload mechanic. I read somewhere there are "RPG Mechanics" but I have yet to see them affect anything. There are several levels, but as far as I can tell they just throw more variables and bigger baddies into the mix while still maintaining the same simple and tedious objective of protecting at least one stronghold and a small shuttle. That being said, the only reasonable class, of the three, is the dual-gunner. That way the sponges you're dealing with go down a bit faster. Of the ten different enemies I'm pretty sure there was only one that is ranged, the rest being melee. The game offers no way to turn your character around, so unless you're running 360' tracking you're k…
