The player will experience 4 completely independent stories and discover how each one ends. Each story consists of 4 chapters and has a battle against the heroine in each chapter. During battles, the player will need to clear gems with more than 3 connected pieces to attack and recover HP by clicking or swapping their positions. The heroines will attack at specific turns based on their 3 skills. The player will need to clear special gems according to the situation to reduce the damage caused by the heroines' skills, as most attacks become stronger based on the number of those special gems on the board. After each battle, the player will get golds based on the damage dealt to the heroine! The game mechanics are frustrating: 1. Three or more gems of the same colour don't go away automatically; you'll need to switch the place of two of those gems to do so. As such, you won't get the thrill of setting off chain combos here. 2. Further, you need to trigger the gems within a few seconds in a round (the countdown starts after your first move). This turns into a memorising game where you memorise the moves before making your first move. The damage dealt isn’t much, either, so you’ll need to repeat this process for more than ten rounds to finish a game.

A simple match-3 type of game. Not much RNG needed as you can purchase the upgrade from the shop to clear it easily. The game has 3 girls with their own short story and fully voiced. CG is good, H scene is short and nothing special about it. Not worth the full price consider how short it is.

Glamour Kaleidoscope is a good game featuring simple match-3 gameplay and relatively high-quality CG scenes. Worth playing.

The real-time match-three mechanic is interesting in concept, but poorly executed. Most of the time, it feels more annoying than enjoyable because you cannot click what you intend to in time. Since each matching window gives you very little time, you often end up randomly clicking or swiping across the screen, which is not much fun for me. Some scenes even bug out and become impossible to progress through, forcing you to restart the game. The CGs look nice at first, but they gradually lose their charm as you continue playing.

Match-3 with some spicy content, but there’s actually a solid amount of stuff to play through. The story is a total classic, and the character art has that perfect anime vibe. Huge plus that the H-CGs are animated, and they totally hit my aesthetic. Honestly, I’m probably gonna be booting this up every night for a while XD
