UPDATE: I feel like I need to give an update. After level 50, progress in the game gets extremely slow and tedious. This needs to be better balanced. I will keep for now my recommendation, however I expect a patch that balance "endgame". Recently, I’ve really gotten into idler games. This year alone, I’ve played quite a few and easily spent hundreds of hours. I strongly prefer true idlers over clickers, and honestly, I think classic clicker games, the kind where you relentlessly hammer your mouse, are more or less dead. Players want idlers, meaning games you can let run with limited but meaningful interaction. For me, a good idler needs a few key things: appealing pixel graphics, a clear and readable UI, a solid overall overview, not too many numbers thrown at you, motivating progression, and an endgame that does not become frustratingly steep. So, does Goblin VS Princess check those boxes? After about 10 hours, I would say yes across the board. The progression feels rewarding, the presentation is clean, and the game respects your time. thank you soooo much, Devs, for giving me the opportunity trying out this SUPER FUN game! not just because i received this game for free, but you guys SHOULD try this yourself and you'll agree that this game is so addicting. super simple idle game (i don't usually like idle game, to be honest) yet so funny and cute!! LOVE the graphic, LOVE the story, LOVE the whimsical soundtracks! this is a job well-done!! not to mention the supeeeeer affordable price the game offers, it's a great game you all must have. off to play another hours of this game, byeeee~!!
