As a fan of super meat boy and the style of difficult movement-centered platformers, this is a really unique and fun challenge. The movement system is really fresh and also falls squarely into the classic "easy to learn, hard to master" category - you will slowly but surely get the feel and have some satisfying moments when you've mastered a new part of the route. On top of that, the maps are pretty varied and give you new environmental interactions to have to learn. It's a very challenging learning curve that will take you from lows to highs, and the highs will always make it worth it!2 found this helpful
This game is clearly made by people who love and respect gaming. I say respect because a lot of games today hold your hands too much or force a certain kind of player experience whereas this game lets you figure out the challenges yourself and is definitely not too easy. It reminds me of classic arcade games I enjoyed as a child where you just sort of went up and played around and organically learned how to play the game because the level and game design were well thought out. The art is also really cute.2 found this helpful
This game is so much fun and it's super challenging too. The only way to win is to get good which makes getting to the higher areas feel really rewarding. The game is punishing but fair and each time you climb up you can feel yourself learning and getting better. The map is well laid out and there is a lot to explore. I would recommend to anyone who likes a good challenge.2 found this helpful
Want to say, as a person who enjoys rage games, thought this was a great addition to the foddey genre. It's a great length, the mechanic makes sense, and it has incredible replayability. There are multiple ways to climb up the tower and you can unlock new characters which actually change stats. Want to give props and I'm excited to see what they make next! Also I'm number one on the leaderboard so try to beat that ;)1 found this helpful
