Gothicc Breaker

Gothicc Breaker takes one of the oldest arcade concepts and gives it a deliberately adult gothic identity. Developed and published by HeHeHe! Productions, the game is built around classic brick-breaking mechanics in which the objective is to keep a ball in play while gradually destroying the blocks covering the screen. Instead of relying on abstract backgrounds or elaborate visual effects, clearing the board progressively reveals adult-themed gothic artwork. It is an extremely straightforward idea, but the combination gives an otherwise familiar formula a recognizable personality. The actual gameplay is immediately accessible. The player controls the action while the ball repeatedly travels across the playfield, striking and removing blocks until enough of the stage has been cleared. There is very little complexity standing between starting a level and understanding what needs to be done. The simplicity works particularly well for short sessions because there are no complicated systems, lengthy introductions, skill trees, inventories, or story sequences demanding attention. I am starved for brick breaking. This game is kind of hard. The freaking ball goes so freaking fast I just lose the damn thing. There are evil powerups that kill you. I know it's $2 but I just want it to have a little more to it. It does have the classics like shooting lasers and the fireball and stuff but the bricks are all so big and exactly the same shape. I might boot it up to smash some bricks every now and then but it's no Brickochet. Overall good job the art absolutely blows.

I ended up marrying my big tiddy goth gf. 10/10. Would recommend. Oh, this game is pretty decent too.

a fun short brick breaker, responsive. i bashed my head against a wall using keyboard, mouse is the better control scheme for this.
