About Great Utopia
Sci-Fi Retro RPG in which you become humanity's last child, and last hope.
The Story:
For almost a century, the Great Utopia has kept the world under order.
Everything was thriving, until tragedy struck in 2061.
The Incubator, a machine that created humans, was broken.
Any batch created after 2061 would be depressed and die at the age of 10.
Your story is both that of how tragedy began and how it ended.

RPG Maker strikes again! Great Utopia is a mobile app that's been dumped on Steam as if it was a real PC game (it's not)... it's a cash grab from greedy mobile devs trying to cash in on abandoned app store stuff. It's an RPG Maker asset flip that was removed from Google Play (understandably) but lingers in the garbage end of the free games section on Steam, which really needs a bit of bleach to clear up some of the pollution and asset flips and failed homework assignments that gamers have to wade through in search of decent games. Great Utopia is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel RPG Maker asset/construction kit flips spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality/canned assets from RPG Maker coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club fan fiction. As with all RPG Maker games, the poor quality engine displays badly in fullscreen and doesn't have full HD support or any graphics tweaking options, making this unacceptable for any dedicated modern PC gamer. I played this a few years back but i remember it had a great story, set design, and game play. Really took me back to them GBA days. I'd like to see more stuff from the studio!1 found this helpful

The developer made this game as an example of his Udemy course of RPG Maker MV/MZ so this is more like a "tech demo". The course itself has 4* rating, I guess it is a decent. The game is free to check out, the story is actually interesting and I appreciate the guy puts this up as a free sample of hes teachings. Thumbs up from me!
