Investigate

Examine clues and interpret your psychic visions to find out why the Greenhouse was shut down and what happened to the groundskeeper.

Manipulate the Weather

Pick up umbrellas, beach balls or sunglasses to change the weather at will.
Make it rain, hail or shine to set the mood anywhere between comforting and eerie.

Explore

There are lush gardens, eerie corridors and liminal spaces.
For each newly visited area, your character will take a photo.
Consult the PHOTO ALBUM from the main menu to help track which areas you are yet still to discover.

Wander Alone or Activate Entities

Choose a haunting walk filled with beauty and dread or enable each entity type and jump scares individually to customise your experience.
Fend off venomous insects with bug spray. Encounter ghosts, some may help you or attack you. If you see the Groundskeeper... run!

Solve Puzzles

Physics and perspective puzzles create the path needed to move forward.
Some puzzles are random and change each time you play.

Immersive Environment

The levels are set like an open-world with no loading in between to keep you immersed.
Everything is designed to feel and sound real.
Foliage bends and rustles as you brush past it, water ripples and slows you down as you walk through it.

Really enjoying this liminal game. Beautiful environments with changing weather. Clever and unique puzzles are just right. The monster jump scared me pretty good LOL Normally I don't care for monsters in these types of games but this one is fine. The atmosphere gets more spooky as you keep playing. Great game.

Lmao. A hidden gem that has been waiting in my library for six months. I was too lazy to start the game just because I was expecting another mess full of slop. Always something new to see, doesn't get tedious quickly. An above-average backrooms and liminal space experience + standard overdose on amanita muscaria.

WOW.... Each area was so unqiie. Some areas eerie, some areas weird.... The backrooms areaw ith e upside down plants...That was eerie.... the shiny statues were odd.... My favorite area was near the end...the rainbow corridors with the man on the wall showing Red > Green > Yellow > Blue etc It felt eerie there as the corridors changed color....then the Groundkeeper appeared again out of nowhere and got me... LOL I liked the idea of finding the 3 puzzle pieces to put into the doors to progress to the next area. IThis time I had no crahses all the way through, conpared to the demo with hte "Fatal Crash" and quit and had to reload....maybe its fixed now.. bit disappointed with the end, I liked how we returned to the hotel and found our own body on the floor, and our person saying "NO NOOO'.... bur i felt a little let down that we didnt findo uut what happened to the groundskeeper? How did he die? was he zombified? All it said was "he sealed his own fate".... I guess its good enough....leaves it our imagination possibly? The entities were great....another favortie section of mine was the area with the multiple elevator walkways going up and down, I walkd in and the entities…

Overall, I really enjoyed this game! It was very spooky & suspenseful, and kept me on the edge of my seat throughout, even during the peaceful-looking & serene parts. The visuals were incredible, and a botanical park is such a unique & interesting setting for a horror game—allowing for some very intriguing exploration throughout whilst avoiding the Groundskeeper, which made me jump so hard, by the way! The team at 7D Games Studio did such a fabulous job and I look forward to more of what they create in the years to come. If you love horror & thriller games, buy Greenhouse and support these amazing & creative developers!

Ooh this was a very cool experience. A definite recommend for enjoyers of eerie liminal backrooms-esque environments. Unsettling and atmospheric, but the environments are beautiful. And getting lost in a greenhouse while rain pelts down on the glass roof is quite the vibe. Some spooky scares, but I think you can toggle those off. I loved them though. Get immersed in the exploration, mess about with weather, solve simple puzzles, get lost, and uncover the story. Don't know why more people haven't played this one.

I wish I could recommend this game but the puzzles get repetitive and old real fast, the game runs way too long (about 2 hours for me), the controls and performance aren't great, and the ending is pretty unsatisfying. It looks really nice which is what kept me going, but I don't know that it was worth it in the end. I guess if you want to play every liminal game you can find you can play this one, but I think your time is better spent elsewhere. I think whoever made this game shows a lot of potential, they just need a bit more refinement and variety if/when they make something else.
