Because the primary purpose here was to sell 6 crappy $5 USD skins. We know this because despite being unable and uninterested in finishing their game, they had all the time in the world to dump 6 DLC packs onto Steam for cash money. Bling, bling. It's the real litmus test for if a developer is genuine or not. DLC before the game even leaves early access? Yeah, it's a cash grab. So, Hero Team is a dead PvP game. Why did it fail? It's video game autopsy time! [i]Almost every PvP exclusive game on Steam fails.[/i] Only a tiny proportion of them "go viral". This game failed for many of the same reasons those others fail. The chief of which is the developer thinking that their game will "go viral" without actually creating any reason for it do so. Competition amongst PvP centric games…
