Hidden Girls

AI shovelware trash. If this didnt have a hint button it would be straight up unfair as some of the items blend in so ridiculously well that it removes all the fun. Also the girls take up sometimes 80-90% of the screen so you're looking around on the last 10-20% of the screen avoiding looking at the main appeal, seems counter intuitive.

A casual hidden-object game with visual novel elements and adult content. Everything in it is competently made, and none of it landed for me. 1. Good picture quality. 2. The adult art is well drawn. 3. There's a decent amount of it — but quality of execution isn't the same as quality of content. It all feels plastic: technically fine, no spark, no enjoyment. 4. The developers state on the store page that some scenes and characters started as AI generations and that the music is fully AI-generated. That matches how the game feels. 5. The gameplay is boring. Hidden-object hunting isn't interesting here, and half the difficulty comes from objects blending into the background rather than from any clever design. 6. The storylines are there for show — a contrived plot with images generated to fit its beats. 7. The music is good. 8. The price is low at 78 rub. 9. I unlocked all the images in about 9 hours, so this isn't a case of not giving it a chance. Not a bad game as such, but honestly it didn't pull me in at any point. A plastic mannequin for an evening or two.

The minimal price and genre might not encourage you, but the content turns out to be surprisingly rich and fair compared to similar overpriced titles. There are two gameplay parts, both requiring minimal effort. The first is a hidden-object mode where you search for ten objects across ten stages. Each stage features a different girl in revealing clothes, without any nudity, along with a new set of objects to find. Unlike similar games, there’s no list of words, only a general description that applies to all objects. This turns the experience into more of a clicker, since you can’t really tell whether an object matches the description until you click on it. Because of that, there’s no penalty for clicking the wrong spot, so you can go wild. This is almost necessary because half of the objects are nearly transparent and barely visible in the scene. Even if you struggle to find them, there’s a hint system that recharges quickly. Once the hidden-object stage for a girl is completed, you unlock a visual novel stage featuring the same girl. The story revolves around her profession and location, though it doesn’t include any major surprises or twists. The interesting part is the number …
