Holidays in Khrushchevsk, third one in the line of ASK_GAMES horrors. Visit your grandma and run some errands for her inside the house. But grandma isn't there. Luckily, she left a note for you explaining what you need to do. She also told you about some doll she bought on the market.. since this is a horror game, that surely won't cause any problems.. right? Again stock assets, but it looked ok. Some scares worked, most didn't. Some either didn't show up or were just a sound, not sure. One of them though.. even got an achievement for it, and rightfully so! That one landed hard! The game is extremely dark in some segments. At some point, I was running around for minutes trying to find anythying to interact with that would progress the story. Turned out I had to move a wardrobe you couldn´t see anymore because everything was pitch black. Did the dev even test this? Same with some very tiny hitboxes for certain objects, just like in his previous game, 'life after death'. And that seems to be the norm with ASK_GAMES. Good concept, could be fun, but execution is questionable. No game breaking bugs though. Did have some fun. Guess it's a 5 out of 10. Just barely.

if you're easily scared. Then this game is for you. Unfortunately, it completely missed the mark for me. Still interesting to see how the developer has progressed though. Performance was solid. A couple visual bugs in regard to clues. And not good communication on how to solve one of them. Used DualSense/wired. Remapped C to R3 and N to D-Pad down. Worked great. Overall- It was a very simple game. Recommending for fans of the developer who haven't played this. 5.5/10

This was a good game and a good storyline I just wish it was a bit brighter at night time as you could hardly see anything

The game isn’t scary at all. Weak jump scares and story. I don’t recommend it. It might work for a younger audience as their first spooky game since there’s no gore or anything gruesome and the only scare is a haunted doll. The puzzles are extremely basic and just boil down to walking around and clicking things. The only plus is the nicely done apartment interiors in an archaic Soviet style.
