About 15 minutes long horror game. It's playable, but definitly not good. If it would cost like 50 cents, then maybe. But even in a sale it costs about 2 bucks which is way too much for this game which is mediocre at best.2 found this helpful
Warning: Asset Flip!
VILLAGE THE SIBERIA is a fairly basic Unreal asset flipped first person horror adventure, one of many hundreds, if not thousands of these glutting Steam. The Russian "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unreal Marketplace assets, arranged them haphazardly in a first person adventure game template, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers. Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. All you do is wander around asset flipped environments and try trigger stuff/get jumpscared... like all asset flip…1 found this helpful

VILLAGE THE SIBERIA is a compact, narrative-driven horror experience developed and published by VikTor that places atmosphere and psychological tension above mechanical complexity. Set in an isolated Siberian settlement buried beneath snow and silence, the game immediately establishes a sense of vulnerability and unease, using its remote location not merely as a backdrop but as an integral part of its identity. From the opening moments, the player is made to feel cut off from the outside world, where cold, darkness, and uncertainty quietly press in from every direction. The story unfolds through the perspective of a young boy living with his family, whose seemingly ordinary life begins to unravel after the appearance of a mysterious parasitic infection. This affliction spreads subtly and disturbingly, transforming people in ways that are not always immediately visible. Rather than relying on overt monsters or constant jump scares, the game builds tension through distrust and observation, forcing the player to question the behavior of those closest to them. Family members become potential threats, and the home—normally a place of safety—slowly turns into a space of paranoia and fea…
It was fun. Short and entertaining.
There are a few decent titles from indie_games_studio. This is not one of them.
