About Kozyrev Horrors

In Kozyrev Horrors, immerse yourself in a place reminiscent of your former workplace laboratory, where you and other scientists investigated the effects of Kozyrev Mirrors on human extra-sensory perception.

In 1990, Russian scientists conducted experiments with Kozyrev Mirrors to enhance extra-sensory perception. Participants, referred to as Psychonauts, reported disturbing experiences, including sightings of mysterious entities known as "The Observers." Take on the role of Irina, a scientist seeking answers after her friend Viktor disappeared during a journey into the mirrors, resulting in a coma.

Silence in the Darkness:

Sudden movements or noises may attract an unknown presence lurking in the darkness. Stay alert and cautious, as you never know what lies hidden in the shadows.

Find Your Way Back:

A journey into the Kozyrev Mirrors holds mysteries but can also imprison you in a place strangely similar to our own.

Disturbing Effects:

Kozyrev Mirrors can induce various effects, from visions of strange symbols to encounters with beings of light or energy orbs. However, the constant presence of The Observers instills fear and dread in all who venture into this dimension.

Explore the Threshold:

As a Psiconaut in the Kozyrev Mirrors, delve into this liminal space to uncover what happened to your friend Viktor. Analyze documents and the events of this location, so similar yet so different from your former laboratory.
Kozyrev Horrors is a short horror experience inspired by the 1990 Russian experiments with Kozyrev Mirrors. Get ready to unravel the hidden mysteries behind these sinister mirrors.

Great horror vibes! The atmosphere is intense, and the creatures seriously freaked me out. 8/10, but I might be biased since I know the dev. 😉

A solid game when ya get past the darkness. II didn't like how pinpointed the flashlight is. The light didn't spread like it should irl. I do like that the main character is voiced. Adds to the immersion. The map layout was not too confusing for a liminal space game. I didn't know that such experiments existed in the past. So I learned somethin' as a result. It took me over an hour to beat the game. It's worth the price tag. Gameplay Impressions: https://youtu.be/pMmZtBXGl3s

It's a nice little horror game and I can see it still has a lot of potential but seems there was far more work done for the trailer than to the game itself and it doesn't quite match with it or with the official screenshots, for example, when activating the lever you cannot see your arm interacting with it, you only see it moving by itself, never saw things floating around or the glowing figure wandering. Please don't just leave it as it is, it can only get better.

This game really impressed me, especially for an indie title. The atmosphere is tense, with maze-like environments that constantly make you feel trapped and on edge. The enemy encounters are genuinely scary, and the sound design really enhances the overall experience, pulling you into the game’s world. It's clear there's a lot of potential here, and I'm excited to see what comes next. If you're into atmospheric games that keep you thinking, this one’s definitely worth checking out.
