About HYDE
HYDE is an adventure puzzle game, where you are TORQUE ex spec ops guy who has depressions, and wanna go back to the army but after a strong headache he get a blackout , when he wakes up in the middle of an ancient ruins, don't know how he get there, and it turns out of this ruins are keeping more secrets than it looks like.
Explore a mysterious ancient ruins filled with environmental puzzles, and hidden places to discover.
TORQUE have 2 weapon an assault rifle ,and the kinetic gun, that what he can use to move forward in the game.
You needs to move objects, use your kinetic gun and complete puzzles to get trough the map.
Puzzle elements are essential in the game, i would described as "Uncharted looks/style adventure game"
The game support the 16:9 and 21:9 ratio, with FOV slider, and rendering scale to.
The game using Unreal Engine 4
I am working alone, the whole map in the game is fully custom made.
The game is cost me lot of energy and work , i would like to sell it for reasonable price.

For the price it was a fun one hour journey. The puzzles were actually alright. :) I take this was an experimental project so here are some feedback: - needs optimization: my 1070 was dying :( - saving/checkpoint system would be nice, but it's a half/one hour long game so it's alright - needs a bit more polishing: some elements look out of place - it would've been nice to have more cave sounds, and after a while the background music was jarring. overall the sounds were alright - the shooting gun actually has no purpose? also shooting it leaves no decals, immersion ruined completely forever - game straight up just quit after completing it haha - protagonist guy has bigger boobs than my wife :( Overall I'm glad it was completable and didn't run into any game breaking bugs. The puzzle parts were given the most thoughts and I'm glad for it. Element snappings were nice. The puzzles made it worth it.4 found this helpful

If you don't need 2,89 Euro and you're utterly bored out of your mind, buy it. Playtime is 1 hour. It's a puzzle game with 1980's sounds :P1 found this helpful
It still needs some polishing. This is a good start. Updating controller support would help. You cant change weapons, or do anything but jump. The box doesnt match the grid so I was stuck there as it got crooked. I didnt understand the floor tiles puzzle, but somehow the wall opened. Your level building skills are pretty good. Have you ever checked out the aptemplate on github?1 found this helpful
