⌨️ Use your keyboard to move/zoom in if you have no scroll wheel
💾 3x save slots
🗑️ Reset progress entirely and play again
🕒 Timer included to show how long you took to complete each level

Context:

The brief was simple. I commissioned artists to create a fantasy world, and hide as many ladybugs and aphids as they can inside it. Now it’s your job to find them all! With 20 art pieces to choose from, and 2000+ hidden objects, you will have a lot of searching to do.

Controls:

Use your mouse to move around the image and zoom in / out. When you find a hidden object, click it and it will disappear. You can also use WASD to move and the arrow keys to zoom.

Difficulty:

All levels start unlocked, your progress is saved as you play, and you can use hints if you get stuck.

Get immersed:

Each painting has its own music to help you connect with the world, as you search for everything.

Replayable

You can restore a small number of hidden objects back into a painting so you can find them again! It’s much harder when there are only a few hidden objects left (especially randomly). You can also use up to 3 save slots so you can replay without progress loss. Alternatively, you can reset your progress for the entire game if you’d like to start over.

I commissioned some ladybugs 4, developed by Follow the fun and published by I commissioned some series, continues a very particular style of hidden object design that prioritizes calm observation over challenge or mechanical complexity. The core experience revolves around exploring a collection of hand-drawn illustrations and locating small, carefully hidden elements—primarily ladybugs and aphids—within densely packed scenes. Each image acts as a standalone puzzle, filled with layered details that reward patience and careful attention. There is no overarching narrative or progression system driving the player forward, which reinforces the game’s identity as a low-pressure activity. It’s designed to be picked up and played in short bursts or enjoyed in longer, uninterrupted sessions, depending on the player’s preference. What gives the game its strongest sense of identity is its artwork. Each scene is crafted with a dis…

I’ve purchased all the “I commissioned some...” games, and i like all of them! It’s both challenging and incredibly fun. The bunnies and carrots are cleverly hidden among vibrant, abstract shapes, making them tricky to spot even though they’re technically in plain sight. It’s an impressive design that keeps you engaged and entertained. I highly recommend this game to hidden object fans who are looking for a relaxing yet stimulating experience. This game strikes a perfect balance and stands out as a must-play in the series. 😊
