Essentially a reskin of digseum with essentially the same gameplay loop and brings nothing new to the table. Not worth wasting money or time on.5 found this helpful
Small quick idle game. Good music, decent pixel art. I would catch it on a sale for sure.
It's alright, I'm not sure if I can recommend it but I don't think it deserves a negative review. I don't think there's anything exceptional about the game but its overall quite good, the visuals are nice, so is the sound design, and I generally like the ideas and their implementations. Near the end it felt a bit boring but thankfully that didn't last long since it was the end game, plus the Unmaker fight is kind of cool. As others pointed out, the game is very similar to Digseum though, but I haven't played that one so I can't really speak on it. There were some visual errors here and there that were fixed by alt tabbing.
Fun game, does not overstay its welcome. Liked the theme, game length. Did not like the the 'hunt the cursor' mechanics (clashes against the turn-based chill nature of the genre) and hall of mirrors (seriously, no, just no). Also did not like the penance being locked, instead of being able to reset when player wants it, and that rewards (holy characters) offered nothing beside multiplier. But overall, still good to play
A nice take on the subgenre of idler game where you have a cycle with active gameplay. The aesthetics of the game were a big draw for me. Not my favorite of the genre, but still played until the end.
If you liked Digseum then you are going to love this, it is a short and addictive incremental to spend a chill afternoon playing. Each level you unlock has a cool little gimmick to beat it and you gain a lot of lil' worshippers to help you progress. Played this on the Steam Deck which ran just fine however the text display is pretty small.
