why.. are we all sleeping on this game? it's not the best game but its a LOT of fun and im very surprised that everyone is just straight up passing up on it. So its a one lane tower defense game, good variety of "towers" whicha re just dudes with different guns, good meta to get more powerful thou i wish said meta had more variety to it and you can also level up your dudes with guns but thats also pretty slow and another thing i wish was better balanced. Still its a lot of fun your not gonna get frustrated with it but maybe a little bored im having a lot of fun thou so give it a try.

An enjoyable zombie defence game. A few bugs but zero crashes and nothing that interferes with game progress. Runs well on my 10 year old Mac. The "Idle" in the title refers to letting your defenders aim for themselves. You can also take over and direct all defenders to aim at your cursor, which you definitely need to do in some situations! I love how each achievement also gives you something in the game. A new weapon/defender, a new item. I'm very happy with this purchase.

The online version is significantly more up-to-date. This one is the buggy cousin. It doesn't crash, admittedly, but eventually your save file becomes unusable. Then you have to start over from scratch. It's a real shame, actually—it's a lot of fun.

I am a sucker for tower defense/roguelites so I had to try it out. It's got a good foundation and the weapons are nice but some of them are downright game-breaking and in the later levels basically a necessity to succeed. The variety of enemies and their resistances add a nice touch, as do the mercenaries you use to build around, but again some weapons just aren't good enough as you get farther and it becomes a bit stale. That being said I think at $5 it would have gotten a lot more sales and the price tag would be justified but at over 50% of that it's kind of meh for what you get. Still if you get even 20 hours of enjoyment out of it like me it basically costs less than 50 cents per hour. 6/10 Good concept, meh balance/execution.
