OK so I have fallen in love with this game. This is sketchy hedge fund meets Balatro, meets 80s groovy 8-bit music. Like you go into a trance playing it. It's visually satisfying and satiating with its aesthetic. The music design is a work of art, to get everything working on the beats. And you kind of figure out which of the cards go well, fit together, trigger combos and give you that very satisfying dopamine rush. Obviously it could be a tidier in some respects, maybe some tools are oversized in terms of their power. The game is still in development I think. But nevertheless - it's a good game, I've enjoyed it so far and have lost sleep playing too late. Highly recommend if you are interested in finance, retro aesthetics, and like that syncopatic music.

This is not a "number go up" game as much as it a "number fluctuates" game. As a result of that, 9/10 of my attempts tended to feel like a mix of bad RNG and my own dumb mistakes screwing me over. However, that only made the 1/10 attempts where I did succeed feel all the more satisfying. Overall, it's a good game. But if you're looking to get all the Steam Achievements like I did, be prepared for the long haul.
