This game is peak millennial and looked like it was a blast to make. I was amused through the whole thing and enjoyed the outtakes and auditions as well. Picked it up during a steam sale and it did not disappoint, absolutely the dorkiness I was needing tonight. Thanks for a great game!

- you can make FMVs like this in Ren'py?? wow. i don't think i've really seen this done before and i'm so impressed with the DIY spirit of this team - would recommend this game for people who like cheesy acting, quirky low budget home video, and silly millennial-coded humour - even though this probably isn't exactly true, it feels like a gaggle of friends coming together, having a blast while recording a homemade FMV. i even considered how fun it would be to gather a bunch of my friends and do something similar. i really wish there were more absurd, indie comedy FMVs around like this!! - the gameplay and resolves are pretty easy, but i didn't feel like this game was intended to have very difficult puzzles anyways - oh and judge doodles was KILLINGGG me. funniest character by far

Very short and very silly. The first case requires the most Ace-Attorney like deductive work, but the writing throughout the rest of the game is charming enough that I don't mind the lack of challenge! I love these characters and this dumb setting so much, and I could feel the love and sheer whimsy put into the project. My one issue was that the text backlog seemed to be bugged, so I couldn't read through the previous dialogue at all, which made remembering small details a challenge -- especially since you can't pause the dialogue at any point, so if you miss something, you're in the dark. However, the plot is pretty linear, so I could still manage to get by! I'm being so serious when I say the world needs more modern FMV games like this!!!! I had so much fun playing this and I want so so badly to see more of this concept. I would pay ANYTHING for a sequel to be made.

Whata great game, I didn't pay full price but it definitely is worth the full price ( & I never say that ). Judge Doodles carries the story with their charisma, whata hilarious character. Had a blast LIVE streaming it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A4TPONF7-R4 Dinah felt less prepared than most of the other characters & it just kinda interrupted the dialog flow sometimes 'cause it felt like they really couldn't decide HOW to play the character. Was she the evil villain lawyer, the know it all lawyer or the straight-faced monotone lawyer...who knows? Really no complaints other than that, this was a great game. Shows up as a Perfect Game when all achievements are received.

Pros - Its extremely silly. Cons - Arguably the game-play takes a bit of a back seat after the first case or maybe its just me. Overall its very charming and just good fun throughout. Recommended.
