Ironsmith: Medieval Simulator - Prologue allows you to become the local blacksmith in medieval reality. Master your skills by ceaselessly crafting tools and weapons for various social classes.
Educate yourself in your family profession under the guidance of your father, at a time of uncertainty, while the gales of war are howling through your lands. Immerse yourself in the story of a local blacksmith dragged into the service of the reigning baron, and help to defend the village by forging weapons for his soldiers.
Learn to craft small tools for your neighbors, hone your skills with time and create equipment for soldiers. Modify and decorate your creations however you choose.

The story
From your hometown to your own village workshop – experience the first episode of Ironsmith and acquaint yourself with the world, its possibilities and some of the mechanics that the full game will offer:
- Meet the local folk and learn about their worries.
- Run your own workshop and accumulate wealth.
- Collect orders posted on the bulletin board by the distressed locals and help them protect their loved ones by forging weapons.
- Visit the nearby market and pop into the nearby tavern, to gossip with the innkeeper and drink a cold one (gingerly)!

"Ironsmith Medieval Simulator: Prologue" is is not a game. It's an advertisement for a product called "Ironsmith Medieval Simulator". Ironsmith Medieval Simulator is a promising but disappointing blacksmith job simulator... the graphics look tolerable but the game itself is a shallow, clunky, and bug riddled mess. But this isn't completely relevant because this is not Ironsmith Medieval Simulator, it's just an advertisment for it, so it's not correct to try to review that completely distinct product. We must instead review this for what it is... an advertisement. If you enjoy advertisements, you can consume them for free on the web or on Youtube without needing to add them to your game library, download them, and then launch the advertising. It's impossible in a general sense to recommend people should do that over playing real, full games on Steam, and that applies here with "Ironsmith Medieval Simulator: Prologue" too. The purpose of this advertisement is to get you to shell out a whopping $10 USD on buying Ironsmith Medieval Simulator, and I don't recommend you do that either. Процесс ковки, хоть и упрощен, увлекателен. Видно, что разработчики постарались сделать его более-менее реалистичным, учитывая жанр симулятора. Порадовала возможность выбора изготавливаемого оружия, пусть и в ограниченном количестве. Однако, prolog не лишен недостатков. Обучение минималистично, и некоторые аспекты игры приходится постигать методом проб и ошибок. К тому же, быстро становится монотонно, не хватает разнообразия в заданиях и событий. Несмотря на это, 'Ironsmith Medieval Simulator: Prologue' оставляет положительное впечатление. Это неплохая заготовка для полноценного симулятора кузнеца с потенциалом для развития и улучшения. Если разработчики добавят больше глубины и контента, игра может стать достойным представителем жанра. Рекомендую попробовать, особенно если вам интересна средневековая тематика и крафт.
