About Isolation Simulator

You are alone. Every decision changes everything. Can you survive your own mind?Every run is different. Your behavior matters.Welcome to Isolation Simulator.Imagine this: You're locked in a stark isolation chamber. There's nothing but a simple bed, a harsh ceiling light, and impenetrable steel doors sealing you in. No escape. No instructions. Just you, and the silence. But here's the twist—this isn't just a room. It's a mirror to your mind. The game watches you. It studies every move you make: how you pace the floor, the frantic taps on your keyboard, where your gaze lingers in the emptiness. Your behavior becomes the key. It triggers events, shaping your reality in unpredictable ways.Start simple. A ball might appear out of nowhere, rolling across the floor, inviting you to interact. Or perhaps a fleeting shadow dances on the wall, pulling you deeper into the unknown. But push further, and the chamber cracks open. Suddenly, you're thrust into vast, labyrinthine maps—forgotten worlds filled with relics of a locked-down society, inspired by the isolation of the COVID-19 era. Scattered radios crackle to life, playing haunting recordings from ordinary lives shattered by quarantine: whispered confessions, desperate pleas, echoes of humanity clinging to hope amid enforced solitude. No two playthroughs are the same. Even identical actions can lead to wildly different outcomes, depending on the sequence of events that came before. The game adapts, evolves, reacts to your history within its walls. There's no clear goal here—no quests to complete, no bosses to defeat. It's an exploration of endurance, curiosity, and the human spirit under pressure. The simulation will end on its own after a cascade of events... or, if you're perceptive enough, you might uncover a hidden path to freedom, a secret conclusion buried in the chaos. How long can you last? What will your isolation reveal? Step inside... and let the simulation begin.Key Features:
  • A living system that observes and responds to your playstyle
  • Multiple endings ranging from deceptively peaceful to completely devastating
  • 10+ hrs of content
  • No hand-holding. No mercy. The game expects you to dig, experiment, and break it if you want the truth
  • A few well-hidden secrets

I sat in that room for 45 minutes with nothing happening after the bed shrunk. Saw three events I think. Because of the point of the game, I sat in the room so long I couldn’t return the game. Seems kinda fraudulent. Nothing I could do triggered the next step but you think eventually something happens and then it doesn’t. And you lapse your time to return the game. Thats some bull**** I do not recommend this at all.

Really loving this game so far, and loving/looking forward to all the ways it changes and will be turning into! I look forward to seeing how deep the rabbit hole goes...

Isolation Simulator is a weird, unsettling, and genuinely surprising psychological horror walking sim. My first run gave me creepy voices, strange events, a shrinking bed, and an ending I’m still not sure I understand — which feels very intentional. It’s experimental, confusing, and patient-testing in a good way. If you like strange horror games that react to how you play, this is worth a look.

It's definitely an interesting game, but not for everyone. I'll admit I did use a password cracker to get into one of the arg files, "archive.rar" I won't say anything about it, but I only did it out of curiosity, and I'm horrible at puzzle stuff like args. I cannot find anything "tip.txt" talks about despite searching for an hour, and I can't tell what "reward.txt" does for me. Unfortunately I am definitely not your guy to be solving args lol. Usually I only review games after I 100% the Steam achievements, but I don't think that's happening.

This game is for when you're a little bored and want something a little out of the box! Good priced Really like all the paths you can take, and it makes you think about your next step. Some of the story events are SO weird. It's not a very fast paced game in my playtime, however I haven't played it too long. Sometimes you can be sitting in the isolation chamber for a long time waiting for the door to open or a new event to happen.

Requested refund. Not enough isolation.
