Isolation Simulator

I sat in that room for 45 minutes with nothing happening after the bed shrunk. Saw three events I think. Because of the point of the game, I sat in the room so long I couldn’t return the game. Seems kinda fraudulent. Nothing I could do triggered the next step but you think eventually something happens and then it doesn’t. And you lapse your time to return the game. Thats some bull**** I do not recommend this at all.

Really loving this game so far, and loving/looking forward to all the ways it changes and will be turning into! I look forward to seeing how deep the rabbit hole goes...

Isolation Simulator is a weird, unsettling, and genuinely surprising psychological horror walking sim. My first run gave me creepy voices, strange events, a shrinking bed, and an ending I’m still not sure I understand — which feels very intentional. It’s experimental, confusing, and patient-testing in a good way. If you like strange horror games that react to how you play, this is worth a look.

The worst execution imaginable of what is a pretty great concept. In theory, how you act causes different outcomes, but in practice, there's very you little you can do that the game understands, and it takes too long for anything to happen. Knowing the gist of the concept, I tried to act strangely and cause different outcomes but the game seemed to think i was a new player that was waiting for something to happen. I honest have no clue what the developers were thinking here. Nothing about this seemed like it actually functioned as desired, and I also got softlocked because I tried leaving the room *as* the door is closing and then found myself trapped in a black void. Funnily enough, trapped in a completely black screen with only the insanely loud sound of my sticky footsteps is really no different than the game itself. I did get a couple of interesting moments, some giant scientist peering in from above, a dark void with lights in the distance and ominous/distressing sounds getting louder and louder. I think there's really something to the idea, but the isolation room itself is so utterly featureless that I don't feel like there's any meaningful way to spend my time between 'a…

This game is for when you're a little bored and want something a little out of the box! Good priced Really like all the paths you can take, and it makes you think about your next step. Some of the story events are SO weird. It's not a very fast paced game in my playtime, however I haven't played it too long. Sometimes you can be sitting in the isolation chamber for a long time waiting for the door to open or a new event to happen.
