JamG is a Balance like marble game built in Unreal Engine 4, but with a little twist: you can can shrink or grow your ball. The smallest ball can move on horizontal surfaces and the biggest ball can move bigger objects. It has great physics, nice graphic and it's easy to control. Currently it is in Early Access, so it's still missing some content, like sounds, music or the background, but with time it could become a great game.8 found this helpful
There is a gap in the game market for marble games. JamG is trying to fill this gap and it is very prmising. The levels are challanging ad does not hand anything to you on a plate. It is interesting that you can change the size of the ball and the physics and behaviour along with that, which gives you a lot of possibilities to work with. It is still in alpha and you can feel it. Can't deny there are bugs and the look is definitelly not finallised. However the developer of the game listens carefully to every negative ad positive feedback to make the game better. There is a long road ahead of this game until it is finished, but the essential gameplay is already there, and it smells like success if you are a fan of the genre :)5 found this helpful
Purchased this game not long after it had gone into early access and thought it looked like a game with great potential. Being a massive fan of Ballance, I was hoping that this game would be able to rival it. Whether that is the case or not we will probably never know since development on it seems to have long stopped. +Game currently loads up and doesn't crash while playing (which is more than can be said for some so called finished games). +The game gets very difficult very quickly in a mostly makes you stop and think way, not a die 1000 times way. +While there is not much to see in the game visually (it's mostly water with a blue sky), what is there is high quality. -Menu options are bare bones and resolution settings do not work. -If you are not one for thinking the difficulty may be too much and could cause you to give up within an hour. -A couple of puzzles do require pin point accuracy (although they are further into the game). -Reached a point in the game where I am stuck (may be the point where the dev stopped working on the game). Despite the fact this looks like it will never come out of early access, I am still giving this a thumbs up because what is here provides …3 found this helpful
