Probably the only game where you're an eldritch horror doing community service...

You move so slowly in this game it's painful.

Jut is based on a cool idea and i would have loved it if the game was more fleshed out. You walk around and collect trash washed up on the beach. There is a very limited list of things you can find, which is okay but the beach is also very small. I would have loved to have more variety in tasks, maybe collect trash in a forest on the island, maybe just have the option to explore more. I know that sokpop varies greatly when it comes to the length and depth of their games and often the simpler ones are really good in their own way. With "jut" i've been yearning for more though.

Just got the achievement, and I can understand why it's mixed. Took me less than a week to get the 2nd to last item, but another week to get the last one. I still found the game interesting on a contemplative level. I think it went to hard on intentionally frustrating the player, and ultimately, the game just fundamentally isn't interesting enough. However, I think the loop would only need a few tweaks to be a jumping off point for a highly engaging widget game you spent a few minutes playing everyday. If you're interested in the achievement, remember to keep an eye on how much memory your browser is taking up. It can make the game slow down a lot, so closing and restoring your webpages every few days might make things go smoother. I suggest getting this on sale, or by joining their Patreon. It was fun while it lasted!

The first play session of Jut is kind of interesting, but then it turns into a game where you come back every few hours to painfully slowly walk the beach, clear it and see if you find any new item. It feels like a awfully slow slot machine at this point.

"You are a sad, Strange little game, and you don't have my pity" You can never find any trash to pick up and if you do you're way to slow to pick it up and it floats into the edges of the screen and you can't pick it up ever again.
