Witchy Tower

Witchy Tower is a pretty good take on the "Icy Tower" gameplay loop, though i'll note that Witchy Tower DOESN'T feature a replay system, at least not as of writing this, which might be a deal breaker for some. Witchy Tower features cute graphics, two game modes and six unlockable characters, as well as the ability to add your own character like the original Icy Tower, and you can also fully rebind your controls if you don't like the defaults. The controls aren't as smooth as I see mentioned in other reviews, but they're not bad. Navigating horizontally is mostly responsive however there are several occasions when you're clearly on a platform and the jump just doesn't register, doesn't matter if you're on keyboard or controller, and jumping too quickly can penalize your momentum. -- Witchy Tower also doesn't allow "hold to rejump" like the original Icy Tower, so you have to press the button each time meaning in some situations where you need a frame-perfect escape, you'll just fall. The width of the tower can also feel too wide at times, depending on how the platforms spawn, and jumps where the platforms are quite literally on opposite ends of each other aren't possible with …

Witchy Tower is an incredibly fun and addictive arcade game that gives off classic Icy Tower vibes. The gameplay is fast-paced and challenging, keeping you hooked as you aim to climb higher and higher. The simple yet engaging mechanics make it easy to pick up, but hard to put down! One of the highlights is the fantastic soundtrack-it's perfectly crafted to set the mood and enhance the experience. If you love retro-style games with great music and endless replayability, Witchy Tower is a must-try! Another feature I really enjoyed is the ability to add your own custom characters to the game. It adds a personal touch and makes the game even more fun and unique!

I is simple man. I like jumpy. Jokes aside, it's made with care and love. It's cute, weird, but most importantly, it's a fun game.

fun game, reminds me of Icy tower from my childhood i like the fun little animations and the little details like the static noise when you pause and the static flicker. its a fun way to kill time, easy enough to play fast but hard enough to really sink some time in and have to master the skill of flying through the floors XD
