This game blew me away! The dungeons are incredibly diverse, and the blend of magic, sword fighting, and strategic battles is consistently engaging. I became deeply attached to the characters and their story, so every triumph and failure resonated with me. A must-play for any JRPG enthusiast

Purchased because of the high positive reviews (and it was 30% off). After playing it, I'm really not understanding the high marks. Maybe I've just played too many better H-games? The story and storytelling were extremely basic, the characters were shallow, as if they were placeholders for developed characters. There is no 'overworld' as the vids/pics suggest; you pick from a list of locations & get transported there. The difficulty seemed extremely unbalanced; I got a hard 'game over' in my very first battle. Maybe I just had bad luck with the game? I refunded it, but maybe you'll like it? Definitely try the demo first, I guess.
