Land War

I can't overstate my recommendation for this game if you are looking for local co-op games! Its simple, yet oddly enthralling, and even supports 8 players! Give it a look, it has more longevity than it might seem at a glance Critiques: - a level editor is sorely missed as a way to increase longevity - the menus themselves feel somewhat bad to use, and the options menu doesn't seem to save when the game is closed (possibly a bug?)

I've been interested in this game for a while and finally decided that, at the very low, fair, and reasonable purchase price, I can't go wrong. Well, I was wrong. I am not returning the game to Steam for a refund because I believe there is potential here and I'm only out five bucks, and I've been a beta tester for many years for many products (if the dev wants to refund me and have me beta test instead, I'd be thrilled with the idea). What I'm hoping for is resolution to the problems I am experiencing, but that's up to the developer. A) Keyboard controls are nearly impossible to navigate when choosing player, and don't function at all depending on what screen you're on. B) I have a generic controller and it also fails to efficiently select players. C) In-game, I am told to check Settings if I'm having controller issues, but see ZERO controller settings. D) Once you're on the Select Players screen, if you do have controller issues, there's no way to actually back up a screen to make those adjustments. E) I'd love to tell you how the game plays, but I've never gotten that far. If I'm missing something, I'll always freely admit that the problem is a PEBKAC, but would grea…

I had a lot of fun with this game, playing online with remote play or locally with friends. There is a surprising amount of depth to the game, and some of the silly modes are very fun too. The AI is crazy in this game also.

This game inspired me to change my life... There has never been a better game ever. If picasso had painted in pixels, this would be the result. Thank you for making this game devs. Thank you.

I don't write many Reviews but feel this deserved a mention. It has really simple controls so anyone can pick it up. I host party game nights for family so i love 8 player games and this will be added to the roster. i was only supposed to test 1 round with my son and we ended up playing for an hour and had to force ourselves to stop :-) 9/10 from me.
