Build Your Own Real Estate Empire
Your father has passed away, leaving you a small inheritance and a few shares. You start with a single property, but your portfolio can grow over time. Property prices follow real market trends and depend on location, size and condition.Every apartment is unique. Some require renovation, while others offer luxury interiors but come with high maintenance costs. Will you invest in a small downtown apartment that rents quickly?Or risk a cheaper suburban property with problematic tenants? The choice is yours.Choose the Right Tenants
Every tenant is different. Some pay on time and take care of your property. Others may cost you money, stress and sleepless nights. They might damage equipment, disturb neighbors or bring pests into the building. Before signing a contract, you can screen potential tenants — check public records, review background information and interview them. Some tenants may lie. Others may fall into debt or addiction.Your challenge is to balance profit with peace of mind — and recognize trouble before it’s too late.Watch Out for the Law
Being a landlord also means dealing with the law.You can’t forbid everything, and tenants have rights too. Bad decisions can lead to legal disputes and expensive court cases.Stay smart. Stay protected.Handle Everyday Issues - and Major Disasters

Expanding internationally might sound exciting — until you need to get from France to New York within an hour.Choose your investments wisely.
Manage Your Finances
Everything costs money.Repairs, utilities, taxes and insurance quickly add up. Meanwhile, you collect rent, sell properties for profit, or take out loans to expand your portfolio.Markets fluctuate. Inflation rises. Crises hit. Prices boom and crash. As you grow, you can hire property managers and accountants to help. But the bigger your empire becomes, the harder it is to keep track of everything - and even a small mistake can have serious consequences.Discover Alternative Income Streams

I bought this game to support a developer I know, and to be able to see the progress. The game is not a polished gem just yet, but I see a fast pace of progress, genuine effort to respond to player feedback on Discord, and the promised roadmap reflects which features players want the most. The game still needs work. Clearly. Even the EA description is very honest about that. If you are interested in a late beta Early Access, just keep it on your wishlist and revisit later. If you however want your feedback to have some impact on the game development, there is no better time than now. The asking price is a bit of a gamble: The game itself is not worth this much yet. It may be worth it later. But more importantly, you can help shape it, and by purchasing it, you support a young and passionate indie developer in her first game release.1 found this helpful
Well worth the cheap price at this point in Early Access. The slow start is offset by the games you can play like lawn mowing, dog walking, etc and the other options for investment. A very fun game and it is good that that this game is being constantly developed. Works very well on my Steam Deck which I use keyboard and mouse on. I would not be surprised if this got Steam Deck Playable at minimum.1 found this helpful
This is a fun landlord game, the main game is good on itself, but the minigame gigs is not my favorites. So i try to skip them and focus on crypto trading. Lots of options, you can renovate your property or upgrade them to raise the amount of money you can ask. My opinion: The game has an great potential, but their is some work to do.1 found this helpful
i dont get why this mixed reviews this game quite fun can be slow at start once get hang of it really fun cant wait for more updates what got plan 10/10
It's just not ready - not even for early access. The core gameplay loop is there but you'll likely get bored very quickly. Progression is slow if nonexistent, and they could do more to incorporate the area that you actually live in. Maybe in a couple of years it will be good but it's just not there now.
Good game I hope it progresses more! Great opportunity for cool things!
