I do want to recommend this game because it IS enjoyable... but only for short amounts of time. I picked it back up again after a year or 2, normally I tend to start games again but I didn't with this and I will say I got back into it pretty quickly. However, I must agree with what many others have said. The game gets very repetitive very quickly and a tiny bit frustrating. There are still numerous bugs that crop up, and the game encourages you to report them which is great, however little did I know it's been released as is. They last gave it an update October 2023 and decided "nah cba off you go." That there is the main reason I won't recommend it, it has so much potential and to drop it without a word is so disappointing. If they were to try and come back I would be willing to change this to a positive along with them making tweaks to make it more fun. Until then, no. I do not recommend it.5 found this helpful
I've been here since the demo and had high hopes for it. It's really disappointing to see the developers abandon it when it still has so much potential and could benefit from further improvements. ˙◠˙2 found this helpful
Giving it a thumbs up for the brilliant concept, but the bugs are literally making me cry
🔹 (SHORT VERSION) I highly recommend this game if you love placing furniture, taking renovation orders, buying properties, and dealing with tenants. It features cute graphics and a great core design that feels like a mix of The Sims and House Flipper. (But if you can handle all the bugs, then it's totally okay to play!) 🔸 (LONG VERSION) Most actions are done through the in-game phone panel—like upgrading skills, finding jobs, and managing tenants via the chat log. However, it gets incredibly cluttered when you have too many tenants. Even if you give them custom nicknames in the game, those names won't even show up in the chat room! Lol. The game features 3 areas where you can develop properties and grow your cash flow. It’s a brilliant concept, BUT there are too many bugs. Even the tutorial is barely practical; you just have to read it blindly because if you miss a single step, the game completely breaks. I bought this game after its full release from Early Access, but it is still plagued with bugs and technical issues. (I won’t even mention the repetitive late-game loop since…
Good game. Renovating apartments and building your real estate portfolio is both relaxing and rewarding, with plenty of customization options to keep each property feeling unique.
It's a pretty fun game! I can see it getting repetitive if you put a lot of hours into it, but I think it's worth playing if you get it when it's on sale. I was disappointed to realize it was abandoned. It seems like they had plans to do a lot more.
It is good
