Lando Me? A Hero?

This little pixel-art adventure is full of heart. The visuals are lovely, the style has personality, and it’s clear that every corner was made with care. The combat can be genuinely fun, though sometimes unbalanced — enemies that hit the moment they spawn, explosions that feel impossible to dodge, and item drops that swing from too many to none at all. Boss fights are cool and tough even if some hitboxes could use a touch of polish. I also wished that the story would receive some what more attention - the conversations between the bosses and the hero are a nice touch but they usually result a bit confusing especially without the context of the full story. But what really makes this special is that it’s the first game from a solo developer. That’s impressive in itself — the ambition, the atmosphere, and the creativity all shine through. It’s not perfect, but it’s a valiant effort with a lot of promise. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for whatever comes next from this developer.

I got this product free to try and showcase. I love the effort and style already in the game, the variety of options and it has challenge but isn't too challenging. Unfortunately after several attempts at a play through I have run into several issues. I have moved after grabbing a gem which locked me into that position and making my sword/magic not work. Every time I fought the boss, after I won it makes a time slow down noise and locks the game. Would 100% like to play more but at this moment I can't do a playthrough.
