Late Emergency might be short, but it packs more tension than waiting for your food after telling the waiter “no onions.” For $1.99, I was honestly expecting a quick jump scare and some janky controls, but instead I got a creepy little adventure that actually hooked me. Exploring an abandoned waterpark at night is already nightmare fuel (seriously, slides are scary enough in the daytime), but throw in the fact that your friend’s in danger and everything wants to kill you, and suddenly this $1.99 game feels like a bargain horror vacation. The puzzles are fun, the scares land, and best of all—the devs are promising weekly updates. Weekly! I’ve had streaming services that can’t keep a schedule like that. If they keep adding content, this could turn into a surprisingly deep little horror experience. So yeah—Late Emergency is cheap, spooky, and fun. Honestly, it’s the best value horror you can get for less than the price of a gas station energy drink. And unlike that energy drink, this game probably won’t give you heart palpitations… probably. UMMMMM THIS GAME? Is called Late Emergency?!?!? More like Early Stable?!? This game doesn't even give you the multiple endings it promises. I tried to save a friend on a rope and what happened he died. BECAUSE I TOOK TO LONG. So I go back to save him again this time alot quicker and under 4 minutes. And you know what got? THE SAME FRICKIN' ENDINGGGNIGNIGNIGN. 10/10 would recommend1 found this helpful
