What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Players praise the game's stunning visuals and atmospheric horror design, with nostalgia value for those who played the originals, though some appreciate it as a good standalone experience. Common complaints include confusing storytelling with excessive notes to read, poor gamma settings making visibility difficult, unclear puzzle solutions that can leave players stuck, and underwhelming jump scares that feel forced.

You can count the actual jumpscares in this whole thing on one hand (meaning that when they do happen, they are quite effective admittedly), but the real strength is the psychological aspect to it. The Horror is not achieved through buckets full o…2 found this helpful
