About Layers of Fear 2 (2019)
Step into the role of an actor aboard a mysterious ocean liner where the director's cryptic demands blur the line between performance and reality in this psychological horror sequel. Navigate shifting, nightmarish environments filled with distorted memories and reality-bending twists as you uncover why you were chosen and what you're willing to sacrifice for the perfect role.
Game Features:
- Story-driven Exploration – Explore the world around you in order to uncover your past and reveal the hidden reasons why you were chosen for this role.
- Psychological Horror – Is this part of the film, or are your memories playing tricks on you? The world may change in an instant and only you can decide what's real and what's not.
- Unique Ocean Liner Setting – As you descend into the depths of the ship, the scenes you shoot for the film grow ever more surreal, and ever more terrifying.
- Classical Ominous Soundtrack – An original score composed by Arkadiusz Reikowski, conducted by George Strezov, and performed by the Sofia Session Orchestra.

Really nice game, I am definately going to replay this. Story is pretty solid and the game's atmosphere is not like any other game.
Has all the hallmarks of a very well made survival horror game: great atmosphere, unexpected jump-scares that aren't overused, and moments of sheer terror and panic. But what really makes this game fantastic is the fact that as the layers (pun intended) peel away, you end up with a deeply affecting and arresting story at its core. My main, and only criticism, is that the experience is a lot more passive than you'd expect, and maybe more than some would want from a horror game. The puzzles and interactions are fairly scant, and when they are there, they're not particularly taxing. What's left is wandering and exploring the environments while everything unfolds as you move forward. However, its gradual reveal and engaging narrative, along with its very well paced progression, is what really makes it a superb game.
