A rescue team is called out to investigate a distress signal coming from a ship identified as the MTS Endurance - a ship known to have disappeared 4 years ago on a voyage across the Atlantic. The rescue operation goes awry, and you are left stranded and alone on the derelict ship. Searching below deck you find no sign of life. The crew appears to have just vanished; replaced with eerie stone statues, but perhaps you're not as alone as you first thought. Explore the derelict ship to uncover what happened 4 years ago and what fate befell the crew.

goated lore. got scared a few times. def a game where you have to run back and forth a lot but i still had a lot of fun.
Not the most original horror game, but a very good one considering the size of the team that worked on it. The jumpscares and big bad tend to get annoying near the end, as does the endless searching for the next McGuffin to find, but well worth the trip.

Simple and effective horror game! Puzzles were great with good use of objects and map. I didn't know how long the game was, so the slow build up of possible enemies and what they /could/ be capable of kept me panicked and watching them, which made me panic more. Outlast frightened me, but I was not as consistently scared as I was playing this. Constantly looking over my shoulder. Once you know, [spoiler] that its mostly in your head/you're not punished, then you wont be as scared [/spoiler] So I am glad that I was too scared to get that, thus felt it the entire game. My play through was about 5 hours, I paused often out of fear. Then to get my 3-7 Obols, starting after the second Obol save, my playthrough was 1 hour. (left the game open accidentally).
Fantastic game, smooth, interactive, scary but managable. Loved it!
